Subject: – Recognition of Service Associations under CCS(RSA) Rules, – 1993 – Extension of validity – reg.
Reference is invited to this office OM no 09-01/2018-SR (Part) dated 28.01.2022 on the subject cited above clarifying therein that the effective date of recognition of service association would be valid for live years w.e.f 19.07.2019.
2. The validity of recognition ot service associations was upto 18.A7.2024 and the Department is in process of verification for Service Associations that shall take some time. Accordingly, it has been decided to extend the facilities being provided to all the recognized Service Associations for one year w.e.f 19.07.2024 or till completion of verification process, whichever is earlier.
3. This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
