Sub: Online Completion of APARs on ‘SPARROW’ in r/o Sr Adr/Adr for the year 2020-21
Ref: This office Important Circulars dated 02.08.21 & 06.08.21
It has been observed that the time schedule prescribed for processing of APARs on SPARROW in r/o Sr Adr/Adr is not being adhered to and a large number of APARs are still pending at Self-Appraisal and Reporting stage. Since it is a time bound process, the day to day progress is being watched by the Competent Authority online.
It is, therefore, requested that the completion of Self-Appraisal by the Sr Adr/Adr & Reporting by the concerned AAO/AO/SAO may be ensured at the earliest. Reporting/Reviewing Officers of the officials are requested to ensure with their subordinate staff/officer that they complete their respective part of the APARs at the earliest.
