Sub: Designating Reporting/Reviewing/Accepting Authority of APAR for the Staff of NLIs
Sir/Madam,
I am to invite your kind attention to this office letter of even number dated 01.08.2019 on the subject online filing and recording of APAR for the employees of the Samiti from the Reporting Year 2018-19 wherein Reporting/Reviewing/ Accepting Officers and custodian for the APAR of staff of NVS were intimated to all the field units. However, it was not mentioned specifically in respect of staff of NLIs.
Now, with the approval of the Competent Authority, the following officers/officials of NLIs will act as Reporting/Reviewing/ Accepting Officers and custodian for the APARs for the staff of NLIs:-

Kindly ensure that these instructions are implemented for online filing of APAR from the year 2020-21 onwards in respect of NLI staff.
It is requested to kindly circular this letter amongst all the concerned.
