Subject: Institutional/ effective complaints mechanism for prevention of Sexual Hrassment of Working Women at the work place – Constitution of SHCC – Reg.
As per the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Visakha & Others Vs State of Rajasthan & others and as per the directives of the Apex Court, appropriate institutional/effective complaint mechanism should be created for prevention of Sexual Harassment of Working Women at the work place in the employer’s organization and it should exist at all times for redressal of the complaints made by the victim and create awareness among working women viz., creation of Complaints Committee, a special counselor or other support service and maintenance of confidentiality.
In compliance with the above directives and guidelines, a Complaints Committee has been constituted at CDA Secunderabad for prevention of Sexual Harassment of Working Women. The members constituting the committee are as follows:

The Complaints Committee will deal with the complaints received, if any, and
