Sub: Discontinuation of empanelment of Sterling Accuris Wellness Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara w.e.f 20/11/2020 – reg.
Validity of Health Care Organisation empanelled under CGHS was extended vide Directorate General of Central Government Health Scheme, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, New Delhi Office Order no.F.No:S-11045/36/2016-CGHS(HEC) dated: 01/10/2020 up to 31.03.2021. As such validity of Sterling Accuris Wellness Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara was extended vide this Office Order no. CGHS/Ahmd/Pvt Hospitals/3446 dated: 01/10/2020. Sterling Accuris Wellness Pvt . Ltd., Vadodara vide its letter dated 20/10/2020 is opted to discontinue the services to CGHS beneficiaries due to branch relocation and internal issues.
Empanelment of Sterling Accuris Wellness Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara will be discontinued w.e.f 20/11/2020. Hospitals is hereby asked to continue services to all CGHS beneficiaries both in emergency and referral cases till 19/11/2020 as per MOA.
