Subject:- Online submission of pension claims- owing to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions and quarantine protocols.
Reference:- This office Circular No. 637 dated 29.07.2020 & Circular No. G-2/GP-I/Misc/2020 dated 01.04.2020.
It has come to the notice of this office that following Records Offices are facing problems w.r.t. CGDA WAN connectivity:-
(i) Grenadiers Records
(ii) Records Ladakh Scouts
(iii) AEC Records
(iv) APTC Records
(v) PBG Record,
(vi) APS Records
(vii) ROIE Kathmandu
(viii) GRO Kunraghat
2. Para 5 of this office circular cited above may be referred to wherein it is stated that the Record Offices where CGDA WAN connectivity is not available may submit the claims on e-mail of this office.
3. Accordingly, it has been decided that the above mentioned Record Offices shall submit scanned pdf copy of duly completed pension claims in respect of JCOs/ORs through e-mail of this office i.e. [email protected] for timely notification of PPOs. This special dispensation is available for eight (08) Record Offices till further orders.
3. This circular has been uploaded on this office website www.pcdapension.nic.in for dissemination to all concerned.
