Sub: Implementation of third phase of SPARROW for SA/Adr in Defence Accounts Department.
Ref:- This HQrs Office letter of even no dated 24.02.2020 & 17.06.2020.
Reference is invited to this HQrs office important circulars cited under reference. In this regard, it is stated that due to some technical issues with NIC, the implementation of third phase of SPARROW will take time. As per DOP&T order dated 11.06.2020, the last date of submission of self appraisal is 31.08.2020.
2. In view of above, it has been decided by the competent authority that APARs for Senior Auditor/Auditor for the ‘Assessment Year’ 2019-20 may be processed manually as per procedure in vogue. Further, it is also requested the time limit as prescribed by DOP&T may be strictly adhered to.
3. An early action is requested.
