Subject: Delegation of power for signing of Punching Medium in respect of Transfer adjustments and Rectification of incorrect adjustments.
The undersigned is directed to refer to Para 292A of OM Part IT Vol. I (Edn. 2014) and Para 72 of Defence Account Code (Edition 2014) wherein power for signing of Punching Medium in respect of Transfer adjustments and Rectification of incorrect adjustment by the officials of DAD have been mentioned as under:

| iv. ACDA/DCDA | Upto Rs.5 crore |

| vi. CDA/ PCDA | Exceeding Rs. 10 Crore |
| b. Rectification of incorrect adjustments | |
| i AO/SAO | Upto Rs.25 Lakhs |
| ii. ACDA/DCDA | Upto Rs.1 Crore |
| iii. Jt. CDA/Addl. CDA | Upto Rs. 5 Crore |
| iv. CDA/PCDA | Exceeding Rs. 5 Crore |
2. The delegation of power made vide ibid Paras have been reviewed and following provision is made in addition to the provisions which already exists.
In a situation wherein Jt. CDA/Addl. CDA is not positioned in a field office, the
Group Officers iie ACDA/DCDA may be delegated the powers of signing of PM in r/o transfer adjustments and rectification of incorrect adjustment upto Rs.10 crore and Rs. 5 crore respectively.
3. Action may be taken accordingly.
