Sub: Constitution of ‘CBC & SBC Meeting’ for fixation of the Predetermined Rates of ‘VOH & FOH’ for the Financial year 2021 — 2022 — Requesting ‘Minutes’ of the meeting.
Ref:- This Office ‘Circular’ of even No. dated 27.01.2016 and 15.03.2016 respectively.

Please refer to the above ‘Circulars’ under which it was requested to constitute ‘CBC & SBC Meeting’ for fixation of the Predetermined Rates of ‘VOH & FOH’ for the concerned financial year and subsequent rendition of the report to this office by 31st March 2021.
In this regard, it is requested to constitute the necessary CBC & SBC Meeting’ for the Financial year 2021 — 2022 in consultation with Factory Management and render the ‘Minutes’ showing Pre-determined Rates of ‘Overhead’ to be charged during the year 2021 – 2022.
The subject issue may please be accorded as TOP PRIORITY.
