Subject : Motivation Award for the year 2020.
Reference : This HQrs Circular No. Coord/13005/RM Award/2020 dated 23rd April, 2020
CGDA has desired to felicitate the exceptional work done by the staff/officers at PCDAs/CDAs or equivalent level offices with motivation award at the HQrs office in the presence of the concerned PCDA/CDA. It has been decided that 5 nominations out of the 90 Motivation awards (Details mentioned below), which is to be awarded by the respective PCDAs/CDAs or equivalent and HQrs office (as mentioned in para 2.1 and 2.2.1 of motivation scheme circulated vide circular mentioned above), will be shortlisted by a committee constituted in HQrs office. The Award money for the same will be presented personally by the CGDA in the presence of respective PCDA(s)/CDA(s).

2. It is requested to forward 02 nominations selected for motivation award at the level of PCDAs/CDAs/Equivalent to HQrs office, for consideration of selection by the Committee. The .Lominations may be forwarded in the prescribed format, both in soft (MS-Word) and hard copy form and mailed on the email id [email protected] latest by 31st August, 2020.
3. PCDAs/CDAs and equivalents are requested not to honour any motivation award to the officials whose nomination has been forwarded to HQrs office pending direction from HQrs office.
